- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Vicky, the cosmetic girl, is the reason I will be moving my family’s prescriptions, no longer be shopping at, or referring others to the Shopper Drug Mart on Ontario Rd in Welland, ON. She is incredibly rude and disdainful with younger clientele. At 34 I don’t consider myself young but I do have pink hair, for which Vicky apparently considers me trash. She does not seem to recognize that it’s trash like me who frequently colour their hair that are a large reason she has for employment with Shoppers Drug Mart . On top the rudeness she seems to be lacking in education. On previous visits I have asked her for information on products and she just read the back of the box to me. Luckily in the age of smart phones I was able to find the information I needed online while standing in the aisle next to a “cosmetologist”. Ignorance and condescension are not what I expect to encounter from an employee whose sole responsibility is customer service. Vicky would benefit from retraining in customer service and further cosmetology education. Everything Shoppers Drug Mart has can also be purchased at Walmart for a lower price so I’ll be shopping there now. I had been wanting to support my community with my shopping but it is more important that I’m not made to feel badly about myself by the employees where I shop.by Melanie DrewNovember 19, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This has to be the worst pharmacy we have EVER DEALT WITH. We call in our prescriptions to pick them up a day later and they are never ready!! EVER!!! We have ask for them to be delivered and they don't. This has been going on for months. We have complained and nothing as been done. We were in tonight and the C behind the pharmacy counter would not let me pay for two items at her cash while we paid for our prescriptions. Believe me when I say this complaint isn't going to stop here. We will also be taking our prescriptions elsewhere. So pissed!!!!!by Liza RobertsonFebruary 01, 2017
