- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just wanted to tell you how wonderful my experience was. Of course Dr. Pelletier is always so kind and wonderful during the examination. Natalie was so attentive and patient while I was picking out my new frames and Rita was absolutely wonderful in fitting same, when I went to pick them up. Taking the time to put on new nose pieces, heating the arms so that they fit better. Rita must have made 10+ trips back and forth to ensure that I had the right fit and felt comfortable in my new frames. I couldn't thank her enough. Kudos to the entire staff.
